Alison has been practicing massage in her private practice since graduating from the esteemed Brian Utting School of Massage in Seattle in 2007. She loves helping her clients recover from injuries, enhance athletic performance, and lead more pain-free, active lives. She is enamored with anatomy and delves into the subject, always looking for new approaches and modalities to share.

When not seeing clients, she spends her time co-running Cascade Endurance, her endurance coaching and strength training business. Alison can also be seen trail running for hours on end in the beautiful paradise she calls home.

In addition to her Washington State Massage License, Alison is a professional member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, and is a RRCA-certified Running Coach, and NCSA-certified Personal Trainer.

Molly Starcher, LMP

Molly Starcher recently moved to the Methow Valley. Growing up in Chelan she always had a curiosity about the Methow Valley, and now that she’s made the move she plans on staying for a long time.

Molly attended massage school in the tiny ski town of Crested Butte, CO, where she gained a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of the mind and body. She received extensive training in Neuromuscular Massage,  an active form of massage that effectively brings long-term change in muscles that are out of balance due to injury, over use, or under use.

She’s excited to be close to all the outdoor recreation out our backdoor and be part of the Methow community. When not helping clients feel better, you can find her mountain biking and climbing, or knitting and spinning yarn.
