Massage therapy and bodywork is a powerful way to lower stress and increase function in your body.

We use a blend of Swedish massage, advanced myofascial, neuromuscular, and craniosacral therapy techniques to ease restrictions, increase range of motion, stretches muscle fibers, increases body awareness, and restore balance to help you move with more ease to perform your best.  Used as preventative care and injury treatment, massage therapy effectively increases range of motion, decreases pain, and speeds recovery.

60 min: $110

75 min: $140

    Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.

  • We do not bill insurance but your sessions qualify for reimbursement. Alison may be an in-network provider with your insurance carrier and she will give you the information needed to submit paperwork. Please check with your insurance carrier and note that full payment is due at the time of your appointment.

  • We are in the upstairs of the NCMG building next to the Mazama Pub. Please park in the Mazama Trailhead parking area.
