We do not bill insurance but your sessions qualify for reimbursement. Alison may be an in-network provider with your insurance carrier and she will give you the information needed to submit paperwork. Please check with your insurance carrier and note that full payment is due at the time of your appointment.

We are in the upstairs of the NCMG building next to the Mazama Pub. Please park in the Mazama Trailhead parking area.
